Changelog

What's new in Automater Lite

Every release, newest first. Lite updates itself; for a fresh install, download the latest version.

v0.1.25

Your dictation shortcut now opens the mini app, and a quick tap of Left Alt shows or hides it. The mini app has a cleaner Home and Search, inline usage details with reset times, a chat starter and rounder cards. Camera FX installs again for PRO, with its effects downloaded on first use. New installs get guided provider setup and preview cards.

v0.1.24

Signed promo delivery restored. Cached messages are verified on startup; Settings includes a manual installer download. Release checks now protect signing-key recovery and update connectivity.

v0.1.23

  • New Automater Voice mini-app with Voice, Usage, Activity, and Recent tabs.
  • Review dictated prompts and choose the original or a rewrite before inserting text. Local rewriting uses an installed model; cloud rewriting requires Pro.
  • Improved Lite and Core handoff: Lite waits for Core to exit before taking over the local chat archive.

v0.1.22

Offline voice now downloads the first time you use it, not when Lite opens. Uninstalling now removes everything Lite downloaded, except your library.

v0.1.21

Lite now asks before sharing usage statistics or using Cloud Voice, adds a start-at-login switch, and Quit fully quits. Uninstall keeps your library unless you choose to delete it. The AI Network tunnel and Camera FX download only when a PRO user turns them on.

v0.1.20

Clearer PRO pricing, dictation widget controls, and sign-in and tool-install fixes.

v0.1.19

Fixes and improvements.

v0.1.18

Updates now announce themselves — a Home notice offers Update now or Later; Pro installs can update automatically while idle.

v0.1.17

The shell defaults to 90% opacity; macOS and Linux builds catch up with Windows.

v0.1.15

The sign-in email box keeps your cursor while you type; Settings reorganized with a separate Diagnostics view; upgrade opens the order form with your account already signed in.

v0.1.13

Pro pricing follows the live offer on automater.ai (introductory sale shown in the app); Upgrade opens your account when signed in, the public order form otherwise; Automater Core gets its own tray menu and Settings group; computer-control onboarding leads the PRO deck.

v0.1.12

Grok Bot avatars stay put and the composer shows a reply on its way; shell defaults to 95% opacity; installer no longer asks about computer control.

v0.1.10

Fixes and improvements.

v0.1.9

For Linux: signed AppImage update and Debian package.

v0.1.8

Prevent live-update stalls by suppressing Keep-Alive during installation and closing this installation’s background processes before replacing files.

v0.1.7

Production update; signed update from 0.1.6 with the same application changes.

v0.1.6

Production release; Matrix 2 installation validation baseline.

v0.1.5

Fixes and improvements.
